Your $50 reservation deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your refundable security deposit.

Upon arrival, an additional $50 security deposit is collected, bringing the total security deposit to $100

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation deposits are refundable if canceled more than 24 hours before your scheduled rental.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental are non-refundable

  Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility

  The security deposit is not a limit of liability. Renters are responsible for any loss, damage, towing, recovery, missing equipment, or other costs resulting from misuse, negligence, violation of rental terms, or accidents during the rental period.

  Renter Requirements

• Must be 18+ to rent

• Valid government-issued ID required

• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must posses a valid Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card or a valid Temporary Boating Certificate before operating a jet ski. (Need a temporary boating certificate? Contact us and we’ll provide information on approved providers).

• All renter and operators must sign a liability waiver before departure

• Security deposit required

• Renter are responsible for any damage loss, towing, recovery, or missing equipment during the rental period.

• Must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled rental time.

• Single riders only

  Late Arrival Policy

  Rentals begin at scheduled time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may have rental time reduced. Arrivals more than 60 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and may forfeit the reservation deposit.
